Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Memorabit offers two subscription plans — Pro and Ultra — each with monthly or annual billing, available through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the web (Stripe). The following terms apply regardless of platform:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (one month or one year) unless cancelled
• A change of plan or billing period takes effect according to the rules of the platform where the subscription was purchased; where the change is immediate, the unused part of the current period is credited
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Prices may vary by region and are shown at the time of purchase

Fair Use

The Ultra plan has no fixed limit on Bits for personal use. To protect the service from automated abuse, an account that reaches a technical threshold of active Bits is asked to contact support; the threshold is raised after a review of the account.

Apple App Store

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple ID Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription
